Responsibilities

Developing and debugging custom macros
Supporting advanced CNC applications for high-performance manufacturing environments
Designing, planning, and coordinating the mechanical and software integration for the machine tools, controls, and processes to deliver components for a variety of sector applications such as aerospace, automotive, energy, oil & gas, and heavy equipment

Qualification

CNC machine setupFanuc programmingSiemens programmingCAD/CAM (CATIA V5)5-axis kinematicsRenishaw probing systemsLaser interferometersMaterial deposition

Required

Hands-on expertise in CNC machine setup and operation, particularly with Fanuc and Siemens controls
Proficiency in Fanuc MACRO-B programming, including the use of M98, G65/G66, and variable management
Proficiency in Siemens variable data types and macro development
Developing and debugging custom macros
Supporting advanced CNC applications for high-performance manufacturing environments
Designing, planning, and coordinating the mechanical and software integration for the machine tools, controls, and processes

Preferred

Experience with pre-meg material deposition onto layup and cure molding
CAD/CAM familiarity (especially CATIA V5 and Siemens NX)
Use of Renishaw probing systems
Use of laser interferometers
Solid understanding of 5-axis kinematics, including G43.4, TRAORI, G68.2, and CYCLE800
