Client Support Specialist
Ascendo Resources is a certified minority-owned staffing firm, and they are seeking a Client Support Specialist to support a growing financial services team. The role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to financial advisors, portfolio managers, and operations teams, ensuring reliable access to critical systems, applications, and data.

Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support to employees across the organization
Help troubleshoot basic computer, software, application, and connectivity issues
Assist with supporting internal systems and tools used by the business
Help set up user accounts, system access, and equipment for new hires and departing employees
Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT team members or external vendors
Assist with technology setup for new hires, office moves, meetings, and office equipment
Log and document support requests while following security and data protection guidelines
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a client service or technical support role, ideally within the financial services industry
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with financial software and IT systems is a plus
