They are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Psychiatrist to join their team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, to provide coordinated, child-centered mental health care through diagnostic evaluations and medication management.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions
Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications in collaboration with families and the integrated care team
Provide care primarily to patients ages 12 and under, with flexibility to support older adolescent patients as needed
Support emotional, behavioral, and developmental wellbeing through early identification, evidence-based psychiatric care, and prevention-focused interventions
Partner with caregivers to provide education, guidance, and shared decision-making around diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management
Work closely with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, integrated, and holistic care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards
Qualification
Required
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry; Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship preferred (or strong pediatric-focused experience)
Current and unrestricted medical license in Minnesota
DEA license
Experience evaluating and treating pediatric psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral disorders, trauma, and adjustment concerns
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, integrated care setting that values coordination between physical and behavioral health
Preferred
Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship preferred (or strong pediatric-focused experience)
