Responsibilities
Facilitate and participate in process and project risk assessments
Manage routing, documentation, and approvals of risk assessments
Maintain an integrated program risk register and ensure it is kept current
Ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards and mitigate identified risks
Support project leaders with planning and executing enterprise risk registers
Oversee reporting into quality systems and enterprise risk registers
Qualification
Required
Minimum 12 months of experience, preferably in healthcare or plasma collection, or equivalent education/experience
Strong knowledge of risk assessments, risk documentation, and risk reporting
Ability to work independently with accountability for outcomes
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, short deadlines, and shifting demands
Ability to build strong working relationships across senior management, third parties, and internal teams
Proven success in fast‑paced and dynamic environments
Quick learner with the ability to engage rapidly in new processes
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Visio preferred
