Responsibilities
Lead multi-site purchasing and sourcing strategy, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contracts
Drive inventory optimization, cross-site balancing, and support S&OP activities
Standardize supply chain processes and ERP usage (IQMS preferred)
Develop, track, and report KPIs for service, cost, inventory, and supplier performance
Lead and develop materials and supply chain teams across sites
Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Manage supplier risk and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
Experience in a supply chain management role; medical device and ISO 13485/GMP experience preferred
Strong ERP experience; IQMS a plus
Advanced Excel and solid analytical skills
Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership abilities
Understanding of accounting and financial principles
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Preferred
Experience in a supply chain management role; medical device and ISO 13485/GMP experience preferred
Professional certification such as CSCP or CPIM (preferred)
