Responsibilities
Plan, create, and post consistent organic TikTok content aligned with brand and business goals
Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, hooks, and formats relevant to pet wellness and ecommerce
Collaborate with internal teams to develop content themes, scripts, and storytelling angles
Analyze performance and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and conversion signals
Host and/or manage TikTok Live shopping sessions from our North Miami location
Deliver compelling, on-camera product education and sales-driven pitches
Engage with viewers in real time by answering questions, addressing objections, and encouraging purchases
Partner with internal team members or creators to continuously improve live performance
Support and help manage TikTok affiliate relationships and creator partnerships
Identify high-performing affiliate content styles and replicate winning frameworks
Collaborate with creators and affiliates on product education, messaging, and promotions
Track affiliate performance and contribute insights to improve ROI
Track and report on key TikTok metrics (engagement, follower growth, live sales, affiliate performance)
Test hooks, CTAs, content angles, and live formats to improve results
Contribute ideas to improve TikTok strategy across organic, live, and affiliate channels
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of TikTok organic content, trends, and algorithm basics
Comfortable on camera with confident, engaging communication skills
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to educate, persuade, and convert
Familiarity with TikTok Live and/or affiliate marketing (hands-on experience preferred)
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work evenings/weekends as needed for live shopping schedules
Must be able to travel to our North Miami studio as needed for filming, content creation, and TikTok Live support
