Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of complex warehouse and supply chain solutions across large-scale transformation programmes
Own the end-to-end SAP EWM solution, guiding senior stakeholders through critical design decisions
Deliver scalable, future-ready warehouse platforms
Take architectural ownership of SAP EWM across greenfield, brownfield, and migration initiatives (including ECC to S/4HANA)
Design integrated EWM solutions covering inbound, outbound, inventory, labour management, and warehouse automation
Translate operational requirements into clear, pragmatic solution designs
Shape integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, TM) and third-party systems such as WCS, 3PL providers, and automation platforms
Ensure clarity of architecture, quality of stakeholder engagement, and smooth progression through build, testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilisation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of SAP EWM experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations
Operated at solution or enterprise architect level within complex programmes
Demonstrate deep knowledge of EWM functionality and integration patterns
Comfortable advising on standard vs. custom and build vs. buy decisions
Credible with senior business and technology stakeholders
Possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
Exposure to warehouse automation, robotics, and emerging EWM innovations
