Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Lead E2E requirement discovery for Origination, Underwriting, Closing, Post closing, Servicing, MSR, and Secondary Market workflows
Analyze and document business processes aligned with US mortgage guidelines
MISMO & Data Mapping Expertise
Perform detailed MISMO 3.3+ data mapping for residential loans
Map loan tapes, servicing tapes, MSR datasets, and validation rules
Multiple Servicers & Vendor Platform Experience
Perform data ingestion, quality validation, and impact analysis
Credit, Risk & Securities Domain
Analyze borrower credit attributes, pricing factors, risk layers
Support workflows related to mortgage backed securities and MSR valuation
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Product Owners, SMEs, Engineering, and QA
Documentation & Process Governance
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and data dictionaries
Qualification
Required
8+ years in US Mortgage / Residential Lending domain
Strong understanding of loan origination, underwriting, servicing
Hands on with MISMO standards and loan data mapping
Strong SQL/data analysis, Excel, workflow understanding
Excellent communication and client facing skills
