Responsibilities

Manage dynamic calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the President
Coordinate logistics for business and personal commitments, including detailed travel briefs
Serve as the first point of contact, screening calls, emails, and requests with professionalism
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials
Assist with client pricing submissions and business documentation
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and decisions
Support clerical tasks, including managing spreadsheets and inputting items into accounting software
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, client engagements, and events
Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Handle personal errands and tasks that support the President’s productivity and well-being

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 3+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience under pressure
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
