Responsibilities

Develop Gamification Strategy: Define and execute a creative vision for event gamification, aligning with business objectives and sales team engagement goals
Program Management: Manage gamification timeline and understand how gamification milestones impact other work stream milestones, such as technology/platform and communications
Lead Multidisciplinary Teams: Inspire and guide UI/UX designers, game designers, and event specialists, fostering innovation and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Design Engaging Systems: Create gameplay mechanics, competitive elements, and reward structures that make event participation fun, motivating, and memorable
Oversee User Experience: Ensure the development of intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences that maximize attendee satisfaction
Analyze & Iterate: Gather participant feedback and analyze engagement data to continuously refine and improve gamified elements
Ensure Seamless Execution: Oversee end-to-end implementation of gamification strategies, ensuring all elements are delivered smoothly and integrated flawlessly into the overall event experience XD Support Responsibilities
Creative Development: Lead experiential component design such as new innovation elements, Partner Hub design, and networking opportunities, etc. in collaboration with third party business partners
Program Management: Manage timeline and understand how milestones impact other work stream milestones, such as technology/platform and communications
Seamless Execution: Oversee end-to-end implementation of the experiences, ensuring all elements are delivered smoothly and integrated flawlessly into the overall event experience

Required

3+ years of experience in game design, gamification, or related fields, with a proven record of delivering successful, engaging experiences
Experience in designing systems, mechanics, and engagement strategies
Strong creative instincts balanced with analytical thinking and participant insight
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate effectively with both creative and technical partners
Familiarity with modern design tools and platforms
Passion for innovation and creating memorable experiences
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
