Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Analyst
Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is a global transportation organization seeking a detail-oriented CLM Analyst to support and optimize its contract lifecycle management platform. This remote role focuses on managing contract workflows, resolving user requests, and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Experience working with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool (e.g. DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, Icertis, Conga, or similar)
Strong understanding of contract workflows - drafting, review, approval, and execution stages
Demonstrated ability to triage and resolve user requests or system issues efficiently
Experience with metadata extraction or contract data validation
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling large data or contracts
Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (data cleaning, filtering, reporting)
Strong communication skills, particularly in explaining process or system issues to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage workload across global time zones
Qualification
Required

Familiarity with integrations between CLM systems and platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, or DocuSign eSignature
Experience maintaining knowledge bases, FAQs, or internal documentation
Background in legal operations, contract administration, or technology-enabled legal services
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, or ServiceNow for ticket management and collaboration
