Responsibilities
Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute product and business strategy
Develop novel products and features for the payments platform
Own the end‑to‑end development cycle : design, implementation, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch
Review code and design documents , and provide feedback on product specs and mocks
Improve developer workflows and recommend best practices
Continuously learn and elevate both technical and non‑technical capabilities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience
Proficiency in one or more general-purpose languages: Java, Python, or Go; plus familiarity with GraphQL, REST, HTTP fundamentals, and designing maintainable APIs
Strong organizational skills with a track record of prioritizing effectively and delivering on schedule
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-directed, innovative, and effective in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with experience collaborating across remote teams and explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences
