Business Development Partner (Commission-Based) – USA

They are seeking an experienced Business Development Partner in the United States to generate and close new business opportunities, representing their services and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and engage potential US clients
Generate leads and close projects in the following domains:
BPO Services (Voice & Non-Voice / Text-based operations)
IT & Non-IT Remote Consultants
Web Development & Software Solutions
AI Projects & AI Automation Services
Conduct initial discussions with clients to understand requirements
Coordinate with offshore delivery teams for proposals and estimations
Assist in contract closure and onboarding of new clients
Build long-term relationships and repeat business pipelines
Act as a trusted business partner representing the company in the US
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or sales, preferably in BPO, IT, or consulting sectors
Strong network and connections within the US market
Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on performance
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred
Experience with AI projects and automation services
Familiarity with web development and software solutions
Previous experience in a commission-based role
