Responsibilities
Manage general ledgers, monthly journal entries, and audit adjustments
Reconcile benefit schedules, A/P, A/R, and fund discrepancies monthly
Prepare quarterly depreciation, amortization analyses
Manage inter‐fund allocations, reconciliations, billings, and transfers
Maintain monthly/annual audit schedules
Complete monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank activity
Assist in preparing financial statements (trial balance, profit/loss and balance sheets)
Process wire transfers and check requests
Prepare monthly expense reports and annual filings
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with non‐profit or Taft‐Hartley plans
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
Professional handling of confidential information
Preferred
Oracle and MS Office experience preferred
