Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day machine build operations
Develop, coach, and evaluate machine build staff
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Coordinate resources, capacity planning, and shop floor layout
Partner with engineering and project management to resolve build issues
Drive process improvements and promote a collaborative team culture

Certified Journeyman Toolmaker and/or Machine Builder
8+ years leading machine build teams through build, debug, and installation
Strong knowledge of machining processes, rigging, and skidding/crating
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
