Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases aligned with project requirements
Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability
Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects; collaborate with engineering teams to drive resolution
Conduct user acceptance testing and support release readiness activities
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular quality and risk updates
Execute testing in lab, vehicle, and field environments as required
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of software quality assurance or related testing experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Postman
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working in Agile development environments
Willingness to learn Linux systems and proprietary software installation and diagnostics
