Responsibilities
CRM Administration: Serve as the lead administrator for Zoho, managing data integrity, optimizing sales workflows, managing segmentation data, and supporting pipeline reporting
Collateral Development: Design and produce high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
Proposal Support: Assist with preparing pursuit templates and core material for proposal and RFP responses. Support teams in completion of high value proposals and RFP responses
Sales Training: Assist in preparing internal training materials and playbooks to ensure our team is equipped to sell evolving business models
Team Support: Act as the primary point of contact for sales-related requests, ensuring the team has the right materials at the right time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2–5 years of B2B marketing or sales operations experience
Hands-on experience administering a CRM (Zoho experience preferred)
Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and high levels of ambiguity
Desire to continuously improve and be curious
Highly adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment
