Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes on construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Conducting on-site inspections
Implementing quality control measures

Maintaining project documentation
Collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to uphold the highest standards of performance

Required

Proven experience leading QA initiatives and teams at construction sites
Familiarity with construction project lifecycle and risk management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred

Experience in the construction industry, particularly with challenging projects, is highly desirable
