Responsibilities
Source passive candidates and provide diverse slates of candidates
Provide recruitment and customer service for multiple client areas
Interact with internal recruiters to define position requirements
Deliver research-oriented talent mappings and insights projects
Potentially conduct upfront phone screens and recommend candidates
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with recruiters and candidates
Ensure Workday and CRM database are updated in an accurate and timely manner
Build and maintain active CRM talent pools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Recruitment experience, where sourcing was involved
Candidates must be willing to work in-office most days of the week
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience preferred in medical device industry
Experience preferred at in-house corporations
Experience preferred with Fortune 500 client base
Experience preferred supporting Director and above level hiring
