Project Engineer
CAGE Engineering, Inc. is a trusted leader in civil engineering, land surveying, and construction management. They are seeking a Project Engineer to contribute to site development projects, managing tasks such as site planning, utility design, and collaboration with municipal entities.

Responsibilities
Develop site layout, grading, stormwater systems, and utility designs using Civil 3D
Prepare construction documents, drainage reports, SWPPPs, and permit submittals
Collaborate with Project Managers and attend municipal/client meetings
Coordinate with subconsultants and internal design teams
Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative project environment
Assist with project scheduling and maintain accountability for deadlines
Manage client communication to ensure quality, consistency, and trust
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited university
3+ years of experience in site development or land development design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong understanding of site grading, stormwater design, and utility layout
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Enthusiasm for mentoring, teamwork, and continuous learning
Preferred
EIT certification preferred; PE track encouraged
