Responsibilities
MUST have experience with IPC Unigy Turret
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise telephony in mission-critical environments
Hands-on experience with IPC Unigy and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Experience supporting voicemail and voice recording systems
Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS, including voice gateways and switching
Expertise with telephony protocols including SIP, H.323, MGCP, and SCCP
Solid understanding of telephony concepts such as PBXs, dial plans, VoIP, QoS, ring-down lines, and turret systems
Experience with telecom circuits and services including DID trunks, SIP, ISDN PRI/BRI, FXS/FXO, POTS, ARD/MRD, and hoot & holler lines
Proven experience ordering, tracking, and provisioning leased telecom circuits
Ability to operate in fast-paced trading environments supporting real-time market data
Vendor-neutral or vendor-specific certifications and training preferred
Basic administration knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Exposure to scripting and automation
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise telephony in mission-critical environments
