Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of observability and infrastructure programs
Align sprint execution with project milestones in partnership with a Scrum Master
Drive planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation across infrastructure and application engineering workstreams
Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, application developers, and platform owners to ensure clearly defined scope, priorities, and success criteria
Communicate program updates, risks, and decisions to leadership and key stakeholders
Provide hands‑on coordination and governance support for a secondary project to maintain schedule alignment and delivery quality
Qualification
Required
Senior‑level Project Management experience supporting infrastructure and platform‑focused initiatives
Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating observability, monitoring, logging, or infrastructure visibility efforts in enterprise environments
Experience supporting enterprise‑scale infrastructure or platform modernization initiatives
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, observability platforms, and application development environments
Proven success working closely with Scrum Masters in hybrid Agile delivery models
Experience managing governance processes, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
10+ years of Project Management experience with a focus on infrastructure or platform programs
PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI‑ACP)
