Confidential company is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in Dallas, TX. The role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to lead technical projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget while effectively presenting updates to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment

Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for VPs, Directors, and Executive leadership

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-level messaging

Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and status reporting

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams

Own project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive summaries

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies and communicate them effectively to leadership

Run stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive briefings

Ensure projects align with business objectives and strategic priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

10+ Years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills (must be comfortable presenting to executives)

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical architectures

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects

Advanced proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)

Ability to confidently engage with senior leadership, VPs, and executives

Preferred

PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification

Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments

Background working with engineering, cloud, data, or enterprise platforms

Experience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting
