Associate Sales Representative - NYC
MFNY Group is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support their New York City sales efforts. This entry-level role involves maintaining and growing relationships with dispensary partners, conducting product demonstrations, and managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Support the Regional Sales Manager with day-to-day account activities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and regular follow-ups
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to retail partner needs
Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
Assist with new product launches, promotions, and in-store initiatives
Help manage orders, reorders, and follow-up communication
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and brand awareness
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable traveling throughout New York City
Interest in sales and account management
Preferred
Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required
