Responsibilities
Design and define the overall Salesforce architectural solution
Evaluate and recommend technology stack changes to meet business requirements
Collaborate with Interface and Integration teams (SAP, GBI, MuleSoft) for interface design
Participate in architecture and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Guide and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring proper analysis and documentation
Review and validate designs and technical deliverables created by offshore teams
Coordinate architecture decisions with core technical leads
Break down large, complex systems into scalable and manageable components
Recommend appropriate software, hardware, and integration strategies
Work closely with Business SPOCs / Product Owners to define application roadmaps and high-level execution plans
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong background in Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Preferred
Salesforce PD1 (Preferred but not mandatory)
Litify (Mandatory / Strongly Preferred)
Experience in Litify-based Salesforce implementations is a major plus
