Responsibilities
Architect global privacy governance and consent hierarchy across multiple domains
Translate legal requirements (CCPA/CPRA, Law 25, GDPR) into technical configurations (Osano preferred)
Implement prior-consent logic to block tracking until permission is granted
Design API/webhook integrations to sync consent signals with internal data systems
Enable cross-domain and cross-device consent persistence (web + mobile)
Automate DSAR search, verification, and fulfillment workflows
Perform privacy audits and optimize performance to meet strict web/mobile KPIs
Qualification
Required
Osano Implementation mandatory
7+ years in web, data engineering, or privacy architecture
Hands-on experience with consent management platforms (Osano, OneTrust, etc.)
Strong API, tag management, and compliance implementation experience
Ability to translate legal policy into scalable technical solutions
