Responsibilities
6–8 years of experience implementing and supporting Actimize IFM solutions
Strong experience installing, configuring, and customizing Actimize IFM to meet business and regulatory requirements
Hands-on experience with Actimize Platform components including AIS, ActOne, and UDM
Experience enhancing IFM solutions by building custom Policy Manager rules, workflows, and DARTS
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues
Perform root cause analysis to minimize recurring issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC
Perform unit, system, integration, and performance testing
Document technical specifications, installation procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Install product patches, service packs, and perform platform upgrades
Participate in or lead Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and related documentation
Ensure deliverables meet internal controls and regulatory compliance standards
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Strong domain experience in BFS Risk Management
Qualification
Required
