Facilities Services

Responsibilities

Performs preventive, corrective and general maintenance and repairs
Takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns
Does routine and preventive maintenance
Monitors, tunes and troubleshoots the consumption of utilities distributed to HVAC equipment
Occasionally supervises work direction or instruction of other employees
May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices

Required

High school/GED graduate
Current Class A Engineer's license
CFC Universal Certificate
3 years' experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems
3 years' experience with fire alarm system panel controls
3 years' experience working experience with building automation system (BAS) controls and programming
2 years of boiler and chiller room operations
Must have knowledge of High-Pressure Steam Operations and Heat Transfer
