Responsibilities
Review and analyze Requirements Documents in collaboration with business teams
Design, develop, install, configure, and administer Siebel applications across all environments
Develop custom Siebel solutions using eScript and VBScript based on business requirements
Complete and submit migration control documentation and support all migration activities
Coordinate with internal Client’s teams for connectivity, version/patch updates, upgrades, and database-related activities
Conduct, document, and support unit testing and integration testing efforts
Provide ongoing operational support, including writing ad-hoc queries to assist business teams
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Siebel application and server-related issues
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on expertise in administering and developing Siebel CRM applications
Multiple years of experience developing customized Siebel solutions using eScript and VBScript on Siebel IP17 or higher
Custom development, testing, deployment, and end-to-end integration with other enterprise systems
Review and analyze Requirements Documents in collaboration with business teams
Design, develop, install, configure, and administer Siebel applications across all environments
Develop custom Siebel solutions using eScript and VBScript based on business requirements
Complete and submit migration control documentation and support all migration activities
Coordinate with internal Client's teams for connectivity, version/patch updates, upgrades, and database-related activities

Proven experience developing customized Siebel solutions in high-volume environments using eScript and VBScript
Strong ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
In-depth understanding of Siebel architecture and framework, including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Siebel Server, Tomcat Server
Extensive experience with Siebel performance tuning and optimization
Hands-on experience with Siebel components, including Service Requests and Activities with attachments, List of Values (LOV), Workflows, Scripting in production and non-production environments
Experience with Siebel EAI integrations, including Web Services and JMS
Strong knowledge of Siebel object migration and deployment across environments
Working knowledge of Siebel authentication methods (LDAP, SSO, ADSI)
Clear understanding of variable scope (Global vs. Local)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Siebel Application Development using Siebel IP17 or above, including VBScript and eScript development, Service Requests/Activities with attachments, List of Values (LOV) and Workflows, Siebel EAI integrations (Web Services and JMS), Installation and configuration of Siebel systems using Oracle Database, Siebel Architecture (Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Siebel Server), Working with Tomcat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required
Preferred
Experience working with EDI formats
Good understanding of JavaScript
Good understanding of PL/SQL
