Territory Sales Manager
The Judge Group is currently seeking a Territory Sales Account Manager to help with their continued growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sustainable growth within the assigned region by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while strengthening their market presence.
Responsibilities
Drive new business development by actively prospecting, identifying, and converting new customers in targeted markets and applications
Protecting and growing the business with current customers, through proper Account Management and Business Development activities
Qualify prospects, lead negotiations, and close deals that strengthen market position
Negotiate contracts and ensure proper follow-up, maintaining strong customer relationships
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and prioritize high-potential segments
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and professional associations, actively positioning us as a trusted partner for innovation and growth
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and transparent reporting of activities and results to the Sales Director
Report regularly on achieved results, customer visits, and budget deviations, while taking proactive actions to stay on track
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
7+ years of professional Sales & Business Development experience, including at least 5 years in a commercial role within an industrial / manufacturing sector
Strong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen
Proven track record in new business development, particularly within the industrial, chemical, or materials sectors
Strong commercial drive, with exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
