Responsibilities
Responsible for hands on development of Functional Test Automation scripts for UI and API testing
Help lead test automation initiatives, support the design and development of robust, maintainable, scalable and sustainable scripts using automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Git, Maven, IntelliJ; Programming languages such as Java, .Net, C#, etc
Support of the API and UI test automation framework by identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
Identify and develop opportunities to enhance our testing efficiencies, process quality, and implementation of innovative solutions as part of continuous testing within the software delivery pipeline
Collaborate with automation and non-automation Software Quality resources along with other key stakeholders such as development, business analysis, and project management teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience in software test engineering using the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with various Test Automation Frameworks using Selenium, Junit/TestNG, Maven, and Git (or similar tools). Experience with Katalon is desired but not required
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on Experience with a programming language such as: Java, C#, .Net
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in API Testing; We currently use ReadyAPI (formerly SOAPUI); Postman experience is acceptable
Minimum of 1+ years of database experience testing using SQL retrieve and /or setup use of test data
Preferred
Experience with Katalon is desired but not required
