Responsibilities
Review and validate current corporate, accounting, and tax structures
Ensure all federal and state registrations, filings, and compliance requirements are accurate
Advise on: Federal and state tax obligations, Filing requirements and timelines, Tax elections and structural considerations, Best practices for accounting systems and record-keeping
Prepare and/or oversee: Corporate tax returns, Required informational and compliance filings
Ongoing CPA-level advisory and tax support
Annual and year-end tax filings
Proactive tax planning as revenue, staffing, and operations scale
Ongoing compliance oversight and risk mitigation
Collaboration with leadership on financial strategy and planning
Qualification
Required
Active CPA license in good standing
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax law and accounting principles (GAAP)
Experience advising growing businesses
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
