Responsibilities

Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured and purchased parts
Ensure CNC-produced parts meet first-article and in-process quality standards
Document non-conforming materials and route to designated holding areas
Maintain and calibrate measuring and inspection equipment
Enter inspection data into ERP systems and maintain quality records
Develop and update non-conformance charts and reports
Support continuous quality improvement and follow safety standards

Qualification

Manufacturing QC experienceBlueprint readingMeasuring tools proficiencySAP experienceTroubleshooting skillsAttention to detail

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of related manufacturing or QC experience
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Basic computer skills; experience with SAP preferred
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
