Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams to implement analytics tagging and tracking, ensuring a strong understanding of why analytics are captured
Manage and operate Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), including setup, execution, data intake, and data distribution
Handle analytics data management and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
Understand and manage the entire analytics data pipeline, including data layers, ingestion, transformation, and output
Provide thought leadership in analytics engineering best practices and CDP management
Evaluate, recommend, and implement CDP solutions, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance
Qualification
Required
Strong technical expertise in analytics engineering and customer data platforms (CDPs)
Experience managing CDP platforms such as mParticle (preferred), or similar tools like LiveRamp, Segment.io, Tealium
Deep understanding of analytics data flow, including tagging, tracking, ingestion, and transformation processes
Proficient in working with development teams to implement analytics tracking
Strong knowledge of data layers, pipelines, and analytics architecture
Ability to translate analytics requirements into actionable technical implementations
Technical thought leader in analytics engineering and CDP management
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data management
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Candidates with experience in mParticle are highly preferred
Hands-on experience with modern CDP platforms
Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems and integration with analytics pipelines
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations for analytics data
