Qualification
Required
Experienced professionals with extensive experience in business operations, management, facilitation, and organizational structure
Extensive construction management experience and involvement in strategic planning and implementation
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or other related field
Extensive experience in areas such as developing business models, business operations, leadership development, facilitation, or corporate-level management
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Related advanced education preferred such as an MBA or Master's degree
