Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
Build and maintain financial models to support performance analysis and strategic decisions
Prepare monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and segment P&L analysis
Perform variance analysis and provide insights to leadership on results vs. plan
Support month-end close, internal controls, compliance, and cash forecasting
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis experience
Experience with larger ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
