They are seeking a Tax Manager – Asset & Wealth Management to oversee tax accounting, reporting, and compliance related to the firm’s asset management and alternative investment structures in the Americas.

Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax deliverables for alternative investment products and managed structures
Manage federal, state, and international tax compliance, including coordination with external tax advisors and fund administrators
Support tax structuring and reporting for private equity, alternative investments, and cross-border vehicles
Review and support tax-related investor reporting, including K-1s and other investor communications
Partner with internal finance, legal, and investment teams to ensure alignment across accounting, legal structure, and tax treatment
Assist in developing and enhancing internal tax processes, controls, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in tax accounting, reporting, and compliance
Experience in asset management
Experience in private equity / alternative investments
Experience in global accounting or advisory firms
Tax aspects of cash distributions and financial statements
Tax provisions and deferred tax calculations
Investor tax reporting and advisory support
Familiarity with alternative investment structures and fund vehicles
Experience with U.S. investment regulations (e.g., Investment Company Act of 1940)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
