Responsibilities
Act as Administrative Agent for a portfolio of structured finance, project finance and corporate transactions
Support transaction closings, including monitoring conditions precedent
Coordinate funding and cash movements with multiple financial institutions
Track and manage borrower obligations, including financial reporting, covenants, guarantees, collateral and insurance
Review conditions precedent
Lead bank group meetings and conference calls
Liaise with sponsors, borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, technical advisors and other transaction participants
Negotiate and manage waivers and amendments with borrowers and sponsors
Coordinate waiver and amendment processes, including obtaining lender consents
Respond to borrower and lender queries throughout the transaction lifecycle
Work closely with internal teams including Front Office, Credit Risk, Legal and Back Office
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Significant experience in the Administrative / Facility agent role
Strong experience across structured finance, project finance or corporate lending
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities
Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions focused
Strong work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
