This role will act as the primary technical authority for Nlyte, supporting data center operations and integrations with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary SME for Nlyte DCIM across global data center environments
Lead Nlyte design, configuration, upgrades, and version migrations
Customize Nlyte workflows, reports, dashboards, and data models
Drive end-to-end Nlyte implementations and expansions
Integrate Nlyte with CMDB (ServiceNow), BMS, EMS, ticketing, and asset systems
Develop APIs, scripts, or automation to sync data between platforms
Qualification
Required
8+ years in DCIM, data center operations, or infrastructure management
6+ years hands-on experience with Nlyte DCIM
Proven experience leading Nlyte implementations or major upgrades
Strong expertise in Nlyte modules (asset, power, cooling, space, connectivity)
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB integrations
Solid understanding of data center infrastructure (UPS, PDUs, CRACs, racks, cabling)
Experience with APIs, scripting, or automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
Preferred
SQL or data modeling experience preferred
Familiarity with BMS/EMS integrations
