Responsibilities

Drive next-level innovation to support our mission-critical infrastructure
Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key
Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions
Uphold Switch’s Karma philosophy— leading with integrity and empowering those around you
Define and manage Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM security model, roles, and privileges
Manage integrations with SSO, MFA, and IAM platforms
Conduct security audits, segregation of duties reviews, and ITGC testing
Partner with Finance/Compliance on SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and related regulations
Monitor system access, security incidents, and emerging threats
Lead provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews

Qualification

Oracle Fusion ERP/HCMIT security experienceIAM platformsCompliance standardsSecurity certificationsTroubleshooting skillsRisk assessment skillsDocumentation skills

Required

Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or IT
7–10 years IT security and identity management experience
Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM security and role design expertise
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.)
Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
Strong troubleshooting, risk assessment, and documentation skills

Preferred

Security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or Oracle Security)
