Responsibilities
Proven success in web application development or managing large, complex programs
Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams, with strong focus on continuous improvement and developing self-organizing teams
Experience in a variety of computing platforms, such as mainframe, client/server, web, cloud, and social media
Extensive experience managing programs in Agile environments, including frameworks such as Scrum, or Kanban
Aviation industry experience or knowledge of airline operations is highly preferred
Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Rally/ADO, or similar platforms
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a track record of resolving complex program challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
Skills in analytics, estimating, and problem solving
Ability to think strategically and develop tactical methods to achieve objectives and goals
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and external groups, as well as working in a collaborative environment with geographically dispersed resources
