IT Systems Support Specialist
IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to join one of their top clients in the healthcare sector. The role involves providing hands-on technical support to ensure the seamless functioning of desktop systems and peripherals across the organization.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level and second-tier technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues on desktop computers
Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related incidents
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Manage endpoint device installations, configurations, and inventory updates
Support and maintain various desktop peripherals and mobile devices, including MacOS and Apple iOS platforms
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in working within a Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID) environment
Experience supporting Office 365 applications and MS Intune for Endpoint Device Management
Expertise supporting mobile device platforms, including Apple iOS and supporting MacOS and Apple devices
Thorough knowledge of current desktop operating systems, particularly Windows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a service desk support role
