Responsibilities
Lead the development of strategic solutions for the largest government opportunities
Ensure the creation of high-quality artifacts for all capture stages
Engage in high-level customer interactions to gather insights and validate solutions
Shape win strategies and technical solution narratives
Conduct capability gap analyses and competitive assessments
Influence strategic teaming partner selections and vetting of key personnel candidates
Guide and mentor solutions architects and SMEs through management and technical volume content development
Strategically shape and position high-stakes opportunities to maximize scoring and win potential
Refine and execute robust solutioning playbooks and repeatable processes
Represent the company in executive briefings and ideation workshops with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master's or advanced degrees preferred
15+ years of extensive experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on large government and DoD capture efforts
Proven track record of success developing complex and compelling solutions for $1B+ contracts including GSA AAS/FEDSIM opportunities
Deep understanding of solution development processes, color reviews, and the proposal development lifecycle
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes and tangible results; ability to work independently and collaborate with large teams
Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening); ability to articulate solutions and rationale for design decisions
Expert certifications such as PMP, ITIL 4, CISSP, SAFe Agilist, and relevant cloud certifications
Extensive experience in color reviews and crafting winning proposal artifacts
US Citizenship is required
