Responsibilities
Partner with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to understand business needs and system requirements
Provide application support for ERP and WMS systems, including issue resolution and coordination with internal and external resources
Support system enhancements, change requests (CRs), upgrades, and implementations
Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions
Assist with project management activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation support
Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer
Support change management and user communication
Maintain flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed to support operations and customers
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of business systems and processes, particularly in warehouse management, supply chain and logistics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or related operational environments
Experience with WMS and ERP systems; Infor WMS and M3 CloudSuite experience are a plus
Experience with Manufacturing is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred
