Technical Account Manager
Akkodis is seeking a Technical Account Manager for a Contract with a client in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Varicent ICM architecture and managing integrations with various systems to drive enterprise compensation solutions.

Responsibilities
Define and implement scalable Varicent ICM architecture, including complex compensation models, workflows, and calculation logic
Lead and mentor Varicent developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and troubleshooting standards
Manage integrations between Varicent and systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Workday, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely processing
Configure Varicent modules, roles, permissions, and security settings while overseeing system performance, upgrades, and patches
Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support incentive payouts, performance tracking, compliance, and operational insights
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, IT) to translate business requirements into technical solutions and uphold SOX/GDPR compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), ERP/CRM integrations, or enterprise architecture roles
Proven expertise in Varicent solution design, configuration, and implementation across large‑scale enterprise environments
Strong experience leading technical teams and managing cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration in Sales, Finance, HR, and IT
