Quest Financial is seeking a Contract Recruiter to provide short-term coverage for approximately 8 weeks. This role will focus heavily on high-volume recruiting, supporting multiple openings simultaneously and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple open requisitions (typically working anywhere from 10-20 requisitions)
Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach
Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and advance qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ATS documentation
Support onboarding coordination and additional HR-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
Strong ability to manage a high number of applicants and fast-moving hiring timelines
Professional communication skills and high attention to detail
Highly organized and technologically savvy
Experience using ATS platforms and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
