New Grad, Entry LevelThe Bridger Group is seeking an Associate Recruiter who will be responsible for recruiting candidates for job openings in a timely manner. The role requires becoming knowledgeable about the assigned industry and the positions within it while delivering high-qualified candidates through various sourcing methods.

Responsibilities
Recruit and deliver high-qualified candidates using market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling
Identify potential Impact Players to proactively market to clients and prospects
Create and use recruiting and voicemail scripts
Call prospective candidates to introduce them to current opportunities
Create a consistent communication plan for developing candidate relationships while maintaining a record of all communications
Conduct preliminary assessments of each candidate’s skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change
Qualify candidates through detailed interviews to access skills, abilities, and experience
Align candidates with opportunities for which they are a “best fit”
Continually pre-close and close the candidate and client on the opportunity for which they are being presented
Qualification
Required
Knowledgeable about assigned industry and positions within it
Ability to recruit and deliver high-qualified candidates
Experience using market research and data sourcing tools
Skills in referrals, networking, and cold calling
Ability to identify potential Impact Players
Experience creating and using recruiting and voicemail scripts
Skills in calling prospective candidates
Ability to create a consistent communication plan for candidate relationships
Experience conducting preliminary assessments of candidates
Ability to qualify candidates through detailed interviews
Skills in aligning candidates with best-fit opportunities
Ability to pre-close and close candidates and clients on opportunities
