Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing local marketing initiatives that support agency growth
Help maintain a consistent, professional brand across all channels
Support promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives
Create and schedule engaging social media content (posts, stories, short videos, graphics)
Monitor engagement and interact with followers to build brand awareness
Help keep online listings and profiles current and on-brand
Represent the agency at local events, networking functions, and community activities
Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral partners
Help coordinate sponsorships, community events, and outreach efforts
Assist with lead-generation initiatives and follow-up activities
Support agent and team with marketing materials and client communications

Qualification
Required
3-5 years of Marketing experience in a similar industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable engaging with people both online and face-to-face
Creative mindset with an eye for branding and messaging
