Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 years of experience in back-end engineering, conversational UI development, or enterprise application development
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
Preferred
Demonstrating leadership in building AI teams
Connecting AI strategy to People transformation
Scaling AI solutions across HR and workforce platforms
Understanding AI governance, security, and risk management
Bringing experience in Python and cloud-native platforms
Managing, coaching, and developing team members
Owning project planning and delivery for client satisfaction
