Mid, Senior LevelSystem One is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who bridges the gap between high-level project management and hands-on technical execution. The role involves managing budgets and timelines while leading AWS Cloud Migrations and full-stack development.

End-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, managing scope, budget (Apptio), and timelines (JIRA)
Perform architecting, troubleshooting, and code-level support for Java and Python applications within AWS environments
Lead assessment and execution of large-scale AWS cloud migration initiatives
Act as the primary liaison between technical DevOps teams and executive leadership/CIO offices
Lead Sprint, Release, and PI Planning sessions within a SAFe Agile framework
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in Technical Project Management with a background in Full Stack Development (Java/Python)
Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure and migration strategies
Mastery of JIRA, Confluence, and Apptio
End-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, managing scope, budget (Apptio), and timelines (JIRA)
Perform architecting, troubleshooting, and code-level support for Java and Python applications within AWS environments
Lead assessment and execution of large-scale AWS cloud migration initiatives

Experience within Finance or Risk Management sectors
